Since I am a sports car nut, I receive many news stories about cars daily. Here is a story just published by Reuters about a new campaign by Ford. Sounds like ford is stereotyping a group to me...

In another development, Roman Emperor Seizur Ballis said he is going to feed gays to jaguars.

noting the group's wealth and taste for luxury goodsWhoa, whoa, whoa . . . wait a minute!
America's most oppressed, beleaguered special interest group is wealthy and has a taste for luxury goods?
I'm confused - what exactly does "oppressed" mean?

Gee, I was going to say "gag me", but that didn't seem appropriate! I suppose they'll be changing their name to "Fork Motor Co.

advertising campaign that would pitch Jaguars to gay car buyers Interesting choice of verbs. Their target market is "catchers".

Shouldn't they rename it the "Gerbil"?

Can you imagine how horrified you'd be if you just plopped down $40k or whatever they cost to have one of these and the next day Ford anounced they were making it the official gay status car?
