[history]
Judical Watch reported today that a federal judge ordered Friday that Clinton White House Email be searched related to the FBI Files Scandal.
Judge Lamberth ruled that the e-mail accounts of Ex-President William Jefferson Clinton and Former First Lady/Current U.S. Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton and many other Clinton Gore officials be searched.
Court Overrules Bush Justice Department Efforts To Block Search
(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, reported today that a federal judge ordered Friday that Clinton White House email be searched for email related to the FBI files (Filegate) scandal. The decision, issued by The Honorable Royce C. Lamberth, ordered that the e-mail accounts of Hillary and Bill Clinton and many other Clinton-Gore White House officials be searched. Judge Lamberth overuled the Bush Justice Departments efforts to block the search into the heretofore hidden Clinton e-mails. Judicial Watch, which is prosecuting the Filegate $90 million class action lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and other Clinton officials on behalf of those whose FBI files were misused by the Clinton White House, first exposed the e-mail scandal in early 2000 through its client Sheryl Hall, a former top computer official at the Clinton White House, who testified that incriminating e-mail concerning virtually all the Clinton-Gore scandals had never been produced as they should have in response to document requests and subpoenas. Another Judicial Watch client, former White House computer contractor Betty Lambuth, also testified (along with others) that high-level White House officials threatened computer contractors to keep quiet about the hidden e-mail or face jail and firing. These threats occurred in the middle of the Lewinsky scandal. The scandal was the subject of an eight month evidentiary hearing that included the testimony of top Clinton White House officials. The court is in now considering whether to commence criminal contempt proceedings. A decision is expected in a few months.
As a result of Judicial Watchs revelations, 1,844,242 e-mail from the Clinton-Gore White House were uncovered. This e-mail has never been fully searched in response to subpoenas and documents requests from Judicial Watch, Congress, and independent counsels. The e-mail were restored at a cost to taxpayers thus far of $12,066,346. The e-mail, which is in the custody of the National Archives, must now be searched pursuant to Fridays court order.
We look forward finally to obtaining this e-mail after years of stalling by both the Clinton and Bush Administrations. Hillary Clinton was the mastermind of Filegate. She will not escape justice, stated Judicial Watch Chairman and General Counsel Larry Klayman.

Listen up. I gave more than $1000 to this glory hungry fund raiser. Now answer ONE question: WHAT HAS HE ACCOMPLISHED?....NAME IT...Well, damn it, NAME IT. Doesn't RESLUTS mean anything to you? The ONLY thing accomplished by this baffoon is getting his sorry picture in every frame that he can...he is like Jesse Jackson, he runs to the camera. (He even sued his MOTHER for God's sake) He has been at this for 10 years....NAME ONE CONVITION....NAME ONE!!!!!!!!!

This is like a time warp back in time.

Come on. The basis for this suit is "freedom of information act," not the wrongdoing the Clintons did. Do you think that the New York Times and the Washington Post should get all the emails in the Bush White House with just a "freedom of information act" request? Think ahead, this is a very bad precedent.

Curious coincidence with Gore's announcement? Apparently not, unfortunately. Fred Barnes was pretty emphatic this am on FNC that Gore was seeing the handwriting on the Democratic wall that had been there for some time.

"If this is like the other Judicial Watch cases it isn't going anywhere."Yep. The Clintonistas turned the tying up of loose ends and the destruction of evidence of their crimes into an art form. They won't find any incriminating email. Remember the joke "email shredder" that people were sending to the Clinton White House a few years ago?

Should I repent for vicarious Snoopy Dancing at my enemy's falling?
Such a theologically weighty decision.
I should consult Snoopy.

If this is like the other Judicial Watch cases it isn't going anywhere. That's not the point in this case. The point is to get those emails into the light of day. The problem is that they have probably been scrubbed long ago. Still ... there might be a backup tape somewhere. Which Clintonian Crimes has the statute of limitations not run out, other than treason that is, which AFAIK doesn't have one.

YOUR judicial system is the fault - NOT Larry. YOUR Congress is the fault - NOT Larry. Is it his fault that supoenas as ignored? That stalls from the opposition are allowed BY THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM? What justice have you recieved from this government in ousting criminals at high or wealthy levels? BTW you don't have to support Klayman BUT you are coerced by this gov via taxes. I suppose that you will tell us tat there isn't rampant corruption in Washington.

IMHO,
DILLDO AND SKULLERY'S CRIMINAL DISCUSSIONS AND DEEDS WERE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
EXTENSIVE
THAT even their standard skilled-to-an-artistic-standard methods of coverup would not have gotten rid of ALL the evidence.
There have to be at least dozens of very dark bombs lying around in LOTS of cyber world nooks and crannies or HD nooks and crannies.
Otherwise, Bush would have likely not cared one way or the other about them reaching the light of day.

I thought the Bush White House worked for us, the citizens of the United States.

I would be amazed to find out that Bill and Hill even know how to turn on a computer, let alone use e-mail. I think they avoided e-mail because they knew it is difficult to keep it contained. Doubt that this will turn up much.

You could be right.
But evil at their level usually is sooooo ARROGANT that they think they can do and say anything and just not get caught.
Getting caught is for the "little stupid people" sort of menatlity.
Besides, at some point, if their records don't cry out against them, "the very rocks will."
We ALL live in a universe where "our sins find us out" at some point.
Besides, plenty of us have been praying toward the end of their chickens coming home to roost sooner than later.
As Maya Angelou (sp?) wrote so well in her chapter on HARVEST--mangled in my paraphrase--we all have to sit down [fairly regularly] to a banquet of the fruit of our own sowing.
I HOPE you're wrong. I think you're wrong. I pray you're wrong. You could be right.
BUT SOONER OR LATER, ALL THAT'S HIDDEN WILL BE BROUGHT TO SEARING LIGHT.

After all, these E-mails represent leverage that Democrats other than the clintons could use. I seriously doubt that incriminating ones have been destroyed, some-one is hiding them some where!
