First published 07/15/99? That was more than a few panic attacks and withdrawals about servers going down ago.

Back then, using frames on homepages was cool (briefly). URLs looked like https://freerepublic.com/forum/a378d95ad0998.htm.

FreeRepublic.com was the foremost site for everyone opposing Bill Clinton. Good times.
