Trent Lott: Censure (Not) and Move On
December 12, 2002 | aas

Let's take a page from the Democrats' playbook:

We won't censure Lott, and we'll move on.

Just as the Democrats did with Raping Billy Jeff Clinton, serial abuser of women and his position.

Maybe Trent can get a book deal, and a few hundred large per speech.

I mean, what's good for The Big Dog surely should be good for a little ol' Senator from Mississippi.

Maybe we can even get the Klan Senator from West Virginia and the lady-killer from Massachusetts to speechify for ol' Trent.

If I wanted to act like a Democrat, I would be a Democrat.

While I think the Republicans should elect Don Nickles as majority leader, Lott should not be censured. There are quite a few DemocRAT senators who should be censured before I would even consider a censure of Lott. First of al Ted Kenedy should be censured for Chappaquidick and removed from the judiciary committee. Pat Leahy should be censured for leaking classified material. Robert Byrd should be censured for the comment he made last year, and removed from the appropriation and budget committees. This list is just a start.

My plan calls for a "Billy Jeff Censure". That is to say, no censure at all.

However, that doesn't mean that we can't proceed with the censures on your list, at our leisure, of course.

It's already too late, the democrats have dragged out the corpse of Lott helping to stop blacks from being members of his college fraternity.

What this means is Lott should go, when dozen democrats who have done worse also go. I'll speechify it up for them.

I wish just one news hound would ask AlGore if he thinks the country would be better off if his daddy had been elected president.

After he says yes, the reports asks, "Didn't your daddy vote against integration?"

Maybe then he'd shut his pie hole along with li'l tommie...
