cops discovered a duffel bag linked to the snipers at the scene of the Tuesday, Oct. 22nd

I never heard about a duffel bag found on the 22nd. Maybe they left it to look like a bomb. Do you have a cite? I can't find that story.

This is from a Washington Times Article dated Oct. 25, 2002 entitled "Thank God, it's over"

"A duffel bag left at the site of Friday's shooting of bus driver Conrad Johnson in Aspen Hill has been tentatively identified as belonging to the suspects".
