The owner and publisher of the "Tombstone Tumbleweed", who has been gettig national headlines over his call to assemble a volunteer militia to guard our southern border against illegal invaders, will be on the show at 4 pm Pacific time today. This is a very big radio show in California which is heard by over a million people a day. Call in and get in line now to support Mr. Simcox, it should be a very interesting exchange with John and Ken, because they are both ant

Sorry, posting in a rush.
They are both anti gun rights and anti illegal alien, so it should be a very interesting exchange with Mr. Somcox of the Tombstone armed unofficial border guarding militia.

Interesting discussion. Simcox doesn't sound like a nutcase. He indicates progress in making the illegal border-crossers "aware" that they are being watched. At least he, and organizations like his, are making the politicos take notice.

He was also interviewed by Hannity on his radio show, I'd call that national attention, although Hannity seems to have a problem with him. Some kind of "You're going to get in trouble for doing this" attitude. Well, if I was a rancher on the border and my property and livelihood were being trashed by the illegals, I think I'd be real P'd-off. Too bad the Guv is so reactive instead of proactive on the issue. The only way to draw attention to the problem is to stir up a stink, and that's what they're doing.
I'm getting sick of the media calling these guys "vigilantes". Bull-cookies. I wonder what these media types would do if some illegals or bums squatted in their back yard, left huge piles of garbage, damaged their fences, left their faucets running, etc. Ya think they'd be angry?

Debra Gerrard 'of Hispanic descent' is the US Park Ranger that [probably illegally] pulled a gun ut and 'detained' Chis Simcox and his friend for 3 and a half hours without reading him his rights, not allowing a lawyer to be present, or without cause. She ambushed Simcox after he got 20 feet into the unposted park area and had the response of 7 park vehicles on the spot within 10 minutes. It sure is strange how this kind of response is never available to the actual illegals who frequent the area.
This story is going to have legs. It is a showcase of biased response by out of control federal officials.
See his website:

And read the article by O.Meara in Insight:
Civilians Patrolling the Border.
