Planned Parenthood Abuses Christmas Celebration of Christ's Birth Used to Promote Abortion

WASHINGTON – Concerned Women for America (CWA) criticized Planned Parenthood’s abuse of Christmas by its hawking an offensive version of a Christmas card that reads “Choice on Earth,” instead of “Peace on Earth.”

“Planned Parenthood, a giant organization that receives hundreds of millions of tax dollars, has chosen to profit from a day sacred to Christians by offending them. The group twists a well-known Scripture in which God offers peace on earth – not abortion – through the birth of His Son Jesus Christ. Planned Parenthood officials are too hardened by their mission of profiting from abortion to see that Christmas itself flies in the face of all they stand for. Christmas is about the gift of life, eternal life in Christ. Abortion destroys life,” stated Wendy Wright, senior policy director for Concerned Women for America.

“While many in America, inspired by Christmas, promote good will toward others, Planned Parenthood uses the season to divide one American from another. The group’s offensive profiteering and religious intolerance raises questions about its public funding,” Wright said today.

“Christmas is the celebration of God’s greatest gift to mankind, the selfless act of God becoming man, beginning in the form of an embryo, then a baby, inside a young woman in poverty. By contrast, Planned Parenthood is a multi-million dollar industry built on the exploitation of poor women in difficult circumstances, killing their babies, raking in huge profits, and calling it ‘choice.’ Planned Parenthood’s marketing of its contempt for religion reveals it does not need nor deserve taxpayers footing its bills. Congress needs to take a good hard look at public funding for Planned Parenthood’s religious intolerance.”

I think that it's valid (if silly) to debate whether Christ would have been for or against SUVs. (I seem to recall he went by donkey).

But, you really have to be a sicko to claim that Christ would have been in favor of abortion.

For the left, the right of "choice" begins and ends with abortion. The left doesn't want to let anyone else choose what they want to do---*they* mandate what to do and what to think (i.e., smoking, country club membership, fast food, SUVS, "academic freedom" on college campuses). But, when it comes to killing babies, they are in favor of choice.

What if all conservative people decided all liberals should be aborted? Have those people ever considered that?

Tell Burke, Augusta is all about choice. If you don't like an all-male club, don't start one.

Can you imagine if we called for the same tactics ALF, ELF and their PETA financial backers use against medical researchers and companies to be used against abortion "clinics" (i.e., killing fields) and their doctors (i.e., butchers)?

Planned Parenthood Clergy Advisor Says Jesus was Pro-Abortion

Washingtonm DC -- A religious adviser to the nation's largest abortion business has provoked a vehement response from pro-life Christians over his claim that Jesus Christ supported abortion.

Rev. Mark Bigelow is pastor of the Congregational Church of Huntington in Centerport, N.Y., an affiliate of the United Church of Christ. He also serves as a member of the Clergy Advisory Board for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

In a Nov. 22 letter to Bill O'Reilly, host of The O'Reilly Factor on the Fox News Network, Bigelow wrote the following:
"In your show you said that Jesus was not pro-choice and you were sure he would be insulted were he to see this card," referring to Planned Parenthood's "Choice on Earth" holiday greeting card that has been causing quite a stir.

"Even as a minister I am careful what I presume Jesus would do if he were alive today, but one thing I know from the Bible is that Jesus was not against women having a choice in continuing a pregnancy," he continued. "Jesus was for peace on earth, justice on earth, compassion on earth, mercy on earth, and choice on earth," Bigelow added.

How does he dare call himself a minister?
I didn't know that Planned Parenthood used "ministers, but they may be handy to convince girls who have doubts about having an abortion.
How long will the Lord allow this to continue? Are we really living in the last days?

...then a baby, inside a young woman in poverty...a young woman in poverty, about to have a baby not fathered by her young husband - just the kind of woman Planned Parenthood would probably insist should have the choice of abortion open to her - how fortunate for the world they weren't around back then to push their murderous agenda.......

I think this is the kind of "in your face" strategery that cost the Dim's the election. More power to 'em. It makes people decide.

Yeah, I'm sure all the saints, prophets, and holy people of history made it a central part of their dogma to stick a needle into the very alive babies' heads screeching in pain and suck the brains out of late third trimester near term babies as they are partially born with their legs, chests and arms squirming out of the vagina, struggling for life, defenseless against the mass murderer abortionists.

Why I remember reading Buddha, Mother Theresa, Gandhi, Luther, and the Delai Lama just the other day demanding that people of good faith murder babies all day long and send money to Planned Parenthood and the democrats. Yep.

Reminds me of a cartoon I saw a long time ago...the scene is the outside of an 18th century "planned parenthood" building. The conversation balloon coming from the building is something like this...."So, let me get this straight. Your husband abuses you, you can barely take care of the 10 children you already have, and there is a good chance this baby will be deaf. I highly recommend an abortion, Mrs. Beethoven."

The real travesty, IMHO, is that extorted money from hard-working Americans is STILL being used to pay for infanticide. Is it too much to hope that the Pubbies will cut this out of the budget when they take over in January?
