I guess Algore, single-handedly managed to defeat the Fifth Column. His book is still withing Amazon's TOP 4000, and quite comfortably there.

I'd really like to help, but I'm desperate for a book on "feng shui bonsai as practiced in the art of quonset hut decorating"......

Rush limbaugh was touting a book yeaterday called "Last Jihad". It went from #247 to #2 overnight. Of course, this doesn't have anything to do with algore. I just felt like talking.

Dumb & Dumber, December 3, 2002

This excuse for a book is pretentious, ponderous, awkward, and stiff. This book deserves its pathetically low sales status. It's too bad trees died so this soon to be [cheap] remained bin selection could be printed. If you insist on buying a book like this, please try * Dumb and Dumber, * it's a better read, or maybe * Dead Men Walking. * Al Gore is not smart enough know he's finished in politics.

I have that book on tape. Many a time, when stuck in a traffic jam, has it calmed and given me peace. Further, I am now long last, happy with my decor of my quonset hut,

Oh good. Drudge's little tidbits from Woodward's book gave out the impression it is a Bush-bashing book and the dopes took the bait.
Hopefully a few minds might be opened since what I've heard since Woodward has been hawking his book, is it paints President Bush in a good light.

3,684! That's tank city in light of the whirlwind promotional tour on virtually every mainstream media outlet. When will these guys actually get it? (Hopefully, never!)
Thanks for posting!

My counter showed 2,693. If you got 3,684 it probably means that Algore sold YET ANOTHER BOOK.

Most newspapers have a definite liberal bent, and only a few magazines are conservative. In the realm of non-fiction books, we kick a$$. It's all print media, why do we dominate this one segment so thoroughly? Anyone?
