JACKSON, Mich. -- As the war on terrorism continues and as war with Iraq appears to loom ominously in the not so distant future, Americans must be equally vigilant to remain thankful that we live in the greatest country the world has ever known.

Well said Ted Nugent!Just got done reading the print edition. Great piece. Ted is quite the enigma. I saw him back in the late 70's in Detroit (Cobo Hall). He was preaching to the crowd not to do drugs (picture Detroit, Cobo Hall, in the late 70s). Someone in the crowd was getting too rowdy on the floor in front of him while he was he was delivering his message, so he jumped off the stage and pummeled the guy (fight fire with fire I guess). Anyhow, it was a GREAT concert!

Gotta love Theodore! Hunted with him a few years back, and he rocks! The real deal.
