"Men with big guns have small peni...."
Right Michael, does that go for big fat beer bellies too?
I agree with you 100% You are so guilty you should just commit suicide, Nit-Wit!

.....when the interview finished an exhausted but smug, Mr Moore flopped into an armchair and ate an entire can of chocolate frosting.

"I heard this lunatic wants to run for president. Yipee, I say. Let the nut cases come out on the left"
Oh, Lordy, I hope he does. Every leftist wacko who siphons off a few votes from the other leftist keeps the liberals chasing their tails and Pubbies in control.

When I moved to New York City a decade ago, there were 2,100 murders that year. New York then enacted very strong gun laws. You cannot really buy a gun in New York City. Last year there were 600 and some murders, down from 2,100.He's noy lying through hsi teeth, Pataki did pass some harsh gun laws when he first came in, however, to date, they have not been enforced. Rudy came in, and started to crack down hard on crime, Pataki came in, and brought back the death penalty. Even though New York still to date has not executed anyone, the police have stated its become a brilliant tool to use as a threat in interrogations, allowing for better pleas, more information. Cases where they would have had to go to court in a trial for 15 year manslaughter cases, are now plead down to that. I don't think Rudy did it by himself, I will give credit to Tom Bratton, but to also Pataki. Under Cuomo and Dinkins crime just exploded, especially with Dinkin's anti-cop attitude.

Does he address the fact that Amercia's gun violence is overwhelmingly a black/Hispanic problem? I seem to remember the figure being 85% of all gun murders being those two groups. Is this accurate? To the best of knowledge its not accurate, but I don't think its that far off either. I di know a few years ago, there was a very small, heck I wouldn't even call it a controversy about the carry permits for concealed handguns in NYC. Basically if you were black, you were automatically denied, and somone had noticed that legally more whites owned guns than blacks, but more blacks and hispanics went to jail for charges of having a gun (not acttualy using it). When Al Sharpton was confronted with it, he refused to comment, and wouldn't give any response, and ignored it. Some so called civil rights leader, eh?

Gun laws in New York City proper have always been more repressive than the laws of New York State in general.
Although the state gun laws changed somewhat over that time period, the gun laws in NYC did not change - they're still stricter than the rest of the state.

All those countries [with low gun deaths in a year] have all banned the death penalty. They believe it's immoral to execute other human beings. There are so many other things you could go through and point out, about how they structure their societies.
I mean, think about Japan, first of all. One hundred and twenty million people, 39 gun murders a year. That's almost unfathomable to us. I mean, we can't even imagine; that would be like us having 89 gun murders a year in the entire country.
I can't believe even a moron like Moore put these two paragraphs right next to each other. Japan *does* have the death penalty, and they *do* use it. To be sure, there are at most 2-3 hangings a year in Nippon, but that's a hell of a bigger percentage of those convicted of murder in that country than here.

Michael Moore would never be considered "a laugh alert."
Anyone who has a prayer list or has links to a prayer list, should add Mr. Moore as a person to be prayed for. Mr. Moore seems to be a very unhappy, miserable individual. In my opinion, Mr. Moore's primary goal appears to be making as many people as possible as miserable and unhappy as he is. That's just not going to happen. Pray for Michael Moore.

If you prefer to be killed with a Samuri sword move to Japan. We won't miss you!

Perhaps there is less crime in Japan in general? How do the other crimes compare to ours? Maybe there is less crime in Japan because they have a 95% conviction rate, if you get caught. (I read or so that somewhere). Maybe its because there is no multiculturalism in Japan, they have their culture, and you adhere to it. PERIOD.Their notions of due process are a little more flexible than ours, as well. I think that might put a damper on one's desire to even be suspected of a crime.

You know...
When I was a young boy it occured to me that anyone who couldnt exercise enough self control over their own body-weight probably wasnt a person I wanted to take advice from....regardless of the issue involved.
How could I possibly know that their lack of willpower hadnt corrupted their perspective on other issues [?].
Anyway...
Moore got picked on and beat up alot when he was a kid. No doubt it forced him to draw back in a World that was dominated by self pitty....which without concern for intention, always turns bitter. His arrested development continues.
He is to be dimissed [Not worthy of a thread in FR].

...Pray for Michael Moore. The true compassion comes from the religious right. Moore and company believe the story of "The Good Samaritan" is actually titled "The Good Samritan Government".

I pray for this mouth-breather. Pray, pray, pray.

Disregard every word this useless little greaseball says.
Liberals like Moore need to be protected from their own bad ideas.
