La Reconquista Will Be Televised (Mexican demographic revolution)

La Reconquista Will Be Televised

While all but unknown to most Americans, Jorge Ramos, who arrived from Mexico in 1983, is a household name in our nation’s growing Mexican subculture. Since 1986, Ramos has been anchorman on Noticieros, the evening news program on the Spanish-language Univision network. The Miami-based cable network "is the largest Spanish-language network in the U.S.A. and is also viewed in 13 Latin American countries, including Mexico," noted Allan Wall, an American commentator for the VDARE.com news site residing in Mexico. "During prime time, Univision is seen by as many Latino viewers as the six biggest English-language networks put together."

This is significant because Ramos, the Mexican "Walter Cronkite," champions La Reconquista — Mexico’s reconquest of the southwestern United States. This is to be accomplished through "demographic warfare" (i.e., rampant illegal immigration).

Though he lives and works in the U.S., Ramos notes in a recent Spanish-language newspaper column, "There are entire days in which I do not have to pronounce a single word in English.... This would be normal in Bogota, Santiago or San Salvador. But it is becoming more frequent in cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Houston, Miami and Chicago. Why? Well, it’s because the United States is undergoing a true demographic revolution. Some like to call it la reconquista. The same territories that Mexico lost to the United States in 1848 — Arizona, Texas, California — and many others that did not form part of the Mexican Republic — such as Florida and Illinois — are experiencing a genuine cultural invasion."

Ramos, who is not a U.S. citizen, insists: "The famous and stereotypical idea of the melting pot is a myth. The European immigrants — Italians, Germans and Poles, that preceded the Latinos assimilated rapidly to the American culture. But the Latinos have achieved the feat of integrating economically to the United States without losing their culture. Such a phenomenon has never occurred before."

What is happening could be described as "assimilation in reverse," as those attributes defining us as a nation — a shared language, a common culture, and secure borders — are being destroyed with the active participation of our own ruling elite.

Here is an insightful post by FReeper quebecois from yesterday, which is worth reposting here:
. . . Essentially, illegal immigrants from Albania flooded into Kosovo and took demographic control of the region from the Serbs. The war was just the final political realization of what was accomplished by the immigration (and it also gave cover to the Albanians to cleanse the last of the Serb population).

This century will be the century of demographics. Population movements of bibilical proportions are taking place due to the fact that the West has built prosperous societies, but has low birth rates...while the third world have built hellhole societies but have large surplus populations.

This sets the stage for major confrontations. The first ones were the overthrow of Rhodesia and S Africa by the africans whose populations finally reached a critical mass where they became uncontrollable by the white minorities.

The second stage is the mass immigration of surplus populations into nearby western societies. This is the current stage occuring in Kosovo, Israel, parts of Europe, and the American Southwest. In Kosovo, the process is complete. In Israel, it is coming to a head. In Europe and the US/Canada, it is ongoing but won't really steam over for a few more decades.

Bump. This is an excellent show. A Must Hear. Col Anderson also reports on leftists policies under the topics of Education and Environmentalism. He is a true American patriot and another Arizona border rancher who is fed up.

After you listen to this show, you will want to sign up for his newsletter.

Sometimes I go entire days without uttering a single English word. Not that I'm speaking Spanish, I'm just anti-social.

An interesting and scary map! New Mexico is already minority Anglo. The difference between NM and CA is that many Hispanic families came here before the 1850's and they have the same opinions of the newcomers as many Anglo's do. There are occasionally newspaper reports of high school fights between those families who have been here for centuries and those who just arrived. Descendents of those families who first came centuries ago are Americans in every sense of the word. During WWII many gave their lives at Bataan during the siege and during the infamous "Death March". The number of survivors dwindles each year, but their patriotism lives on.

Wow! That map is amazing (and scary!). I notice four counties up in Northern CA that show no immigrants; wondering how those counties have been spared the invasion.

The capacity for speech is one of the key traits that seperates humans from other animals. Yet nothing divides people like language.

America has traditionally been a melting pot, where immigrants from all over the world learn English within a generation and assimilate into our alloyed culture. Spanish language broadcasting strikes me as an impediment to the traditional process of assimilation. As Jorge Ramos said above, "There are entire days in which I do not have to pronounce a single word in English." In some areas of California, Spanish language radio stations are approaching 50%. We are witnessing the emergence of a seperate culture of new Spanish-speaking immigrants within our own.

Since the airwaves are defined by federal law as being a "public resource," broadcast licenses have ostensibly been granted on the basis of serving the public interests. Therefore, it seems appropriate to ask the following question:

Is widespread and growing Spanish-language broadcasting, which impedes assimilation of new immigrants, in the best public interest of the American People?

I have to tell you. These illegal trespassers are NOT taking "jobs that Americans don't want"..At least not here in CT.

This spring, thousands of tech. high school grads will graduate. They will go out into the job market and find that the jobs that they, as American citizens, should have a shot at are in fact taken by illegal Mexican trespassers.
These jobs that are being taken are in:

Construction (particularly framing of houses)
Auto Body
HVAC
Electrician apprentice
Sheetmetal tech.

These entry level positions should go to American kids, who's parents PAY TAXES!!!!!!!

Bush is a COMPLETE SELLOUT!!!!!!!!!

No it is not in our Best Interest. Seems we need a PSA (public service announcement) to this effect.

Allan Wall spent October in Texas on Nat'l Guard or Reserve duty and being bi-lingual found many discrepancies in the Spanish translations of Spanish TV, Radio and print campaign material as the election drew nearer. Gave him plenty to write about.

See this article I just finished posting involving an english-only lawsuit by the Navajo's in Page, Arizona.

High-immigration areas like Southern California become hostile to Americans, who get taxed to support the newcomers and have to suffer soaring crime and declining quality of life. Americans then flee these areas in droves. Pretty soon, though, there will be no place to flee to.

This concept has been published by Mexican-American intellectuals and opinionators themselves. It's called the "Crystal City model", after Crystal City, Texas, where the whites moved away in numbers to adjacent counties after Mexican-Americans took over politically at the ballot box and then communicated to the whites in no uncertain terms that they'd have to pay to stay.

The central concept that Chicano leaders formed after this episode, which is the fulcrum of Aztlanism, is that white Americans won't stay in areas where they lose control, that they'll move away rather than be victimized. Hence, large geographical areas can be progressively evacuated by successful political actions aimed at taking power and excluding whites from the decisionmaking processes. Their rights needn't be infringed or abrogated, so the process is legally risk-free and theoretically infinitely repeatable until the entire Southwest is clear of any non-acquiescent whites.

That's the concept, anyway.

You appear to have rediscovered the concept by observation of the process.

Basically the open borders crowd who runs rampant in conservative circles including FR ....

Demurrer: anyone who cops a laissez-faire position on borders and immigration is not a conservative -- or anything remotely resembling it.

More like a Big White House encomendero, is more like it -- a plantation-liberal mentality wrapped up in fever dreams of Malthusian supplies of bracero labor and zero minimum wage.
