Various news media have reported that my organization Brotherhood Organization of A New Destiny (BOND) and I have joined the lawsuit brought by African Americans Against Exploitation Inc. Et Al. vs. Rev. Jesse Jackson, filed recently in California State Court.
To set the record straight, I never consented to having my name or my organizations name included in the lawsuit, and demanded their removal from the complaint, which was filed without my knowledge or consent.
I have been informed that an amended complaint omitting our names was recently filed. Neither my organization BOND nor I are participating in the prosecution of this lawsuit.

If you want on (or off) of my black conservative ping list, please let me know via FREEPmail. (And no, you don't have to be black to be on the list!)
Extra warning: this is a high-volume ping list.
I saw a spokesman from this group on tv. (I think it was O'Riely factor). Anyway, he was sincere. He said the younger generation of blacks don't even know Jackson. He's some older guy extorting large sums of money as a "black leader", and in the name of all blacks.
The spokesman demanded Jessie make public where all that extorted money, in the name of all blacks, is going!
Jessies lawyer was there, and was taliking down to the younger spokesman. Belittling him.
O'Riely agreed with the young guy, and said the IRS is long overdue for investigating Jackson.
Shame. BOND ought to get in on this.
The guy -- whose name I did not catch -- said he wanted to know WHERE the money is that Jesse gets from all those "settlements," specifically the $$$ he gets for disenfranchised blacks.
At the very least, this will be fun to watch!
While I, as a Conservative, who believes in the importance of race, ethnicity and blood lines, recognize that there can be such a thing as a racial interest, many Courts might be very loathe to try to define such in today's climate. But, even if defined, that would not ordinarily set up a right of action against a political figure--which is really what an agitator or actionist is, even if he does not actually run for office (as Jesse has in fact done)--by those in an interest group that the political figure claims to be representing. To allow this sort of claim would open up a complete Pandora's box of questionable claims by every sort of defined interest group, against every sort of claimed representative.
Jesse Jackson is a contemptible man. He deliberately panders to the worst in his race. He deliberately uses the most egregious bullying tactics in his own interests. He has stirred up a great deal of animosity between the races, and extorted funds from all sorts of weak kneed officials and Corporate executives. But I do not think this suit is going to fly. The Plaintiffs would do better to try to expose Jesse in another way.
