I have a picture I would like to post, could someone provide me with their e-mail address and post the pic for me. Trust me, its really really good.

Posting a picture requires that it have a URL - that is, it has to be on a Web server somewhere. Do you not have Web storage space as part of your ISP's plan? If so, all you need to do is ftp the image up to your Web storage space, and then post its url in your post - and the image will display.
