Well the appropriate parallel is not being discussed, though you threw a bunch of nonsense out there. An admin that doesn't know how a machine works and how it works with the network is like an auto mechanic that doesn't know how an engine works, much less how it works with the rest of the vehicle. You wouldn't take your Car to walmart automotive center to have your transmission rebuilt - would you?
