Is there a way to amend the Amendment? Wouldn't "deratification" of the Amendment require a Constitutional Convention? Just curious.

The income tax is voluntary, remember? A simple majority vote in congress, signed into law by the president, would allow us to sign a form that we no longer volunteer. No need to amend.
