That's a little tiny bit better than the -30 historical average in an off-year election (and we had to win 20-14 60% in the Senate just to break even, so what this means is that we may win the Senate races 24-10, or at least 23-11, in a year we were supposed to lose big).
That's a bigger win than '94 in my book.

I had heard of the 30 house seats many times. Today for the first time I heard that there was an average of eight (8) !!! lost Senate seats, too. What a day for President Bush!!! Can you say HISTORIC!!!... (Thank-you Lord.)
