"Just voted on the new touch screen here in Georgia. Straight republican even on the local school board."You didn't have any problem with your vote turning to Democrat when you got to the confirmation screen?
To: MissouriForBush
Hey MissouriForBush, I'm so proud of ya for voting absentee ballot from Germany!!!
I just got done voting, and my hubby voted this morning. We voted all Republican--Go Talent---so long "widder". My Dad, who is a die-hard dem is going to break with his dem ways today and (gasp) vote for Talent too!!! And my daughter told me this morning that there were two undecided voters at her work, and she convinced them to vote for Talent too.
On a regular voting day I would have been number 67 (67th voter) but today I was 630. Wow! I was surprised that no one was handing out stuff, but there were only REPUBLICAN signs out, lol. Go Dubya, Go Talent!!!!!!

"I voted repubie for all candidates except one and no repubie was running and I voted for the libertarian. I voted no on all of the bond bills and no on all incumbent Judges up re appointments."
Wow we have a lot in common.

Voted straight pubbie. No wait at my very Repub. precinct; poll workers said turnout was good, tho'.
Am concerned about reports of heavy turnout nationwide--not usually good for R.

Cicero, can you help me?
My sister in MD just called. She moved and didn't get a sample ballot and can't find anything out about the referendums on the net. Admittedly, she is a procrastinator but she wants to know what she's voting for. (she's voting for Erlich, too). Thankfully, she called me cause she knows I freep.
Hope you see this. Much thanks. You can freepmail me if needed.

Austin TX greetings, Ivoted early too. Straight Republican, except for a single Libertarian running against a Dem (no Republican running in that race).
I am especially hopeful/worried that Cornyn beats Ron Kirk.
It would be great to see GOP majority U.S.Senate again.

Both my wife and I, plus 3 of my coworkers, voted Romney/Healey, plus libertarian Mike Cloud (only opposition to Kerry-Heinz), plus Yes to eliminate income tax, up here in socialist paradise MA.

Actually, anyone in MD, I could use your help on the above.
Thanks. I need to get back to her within the hour.

I had to do the sign thing myself. They were supposed to do the signs last night. I'm thinking the dems removed them because there were some pubbie school board signs and Frank Farkas BUT NO CRIST, JEB, OR BRONSON FOR AGGY.
Why would someone pound some smaller races & school board pubbie signs in but not the most important ones?
Do we have to start guarding the precincts on election eve? Anyway, the place looks fine because I POUNDED SIGNS GETTING UP OUT OF MY DEATH BED for the lunch crowd and for the rush hour voters.
Guess I'll have to call headquarters to find out if they did the sign thing at my precinct. If they actually did, then DEM RATS removed them. Busted again!

My wife and several of her friends were going to have long lunch to discuss the voting options.
They are all conservative women. I said make it simple. Vote for a republican if one is running, if there is no republican vote for a libritarian. The bond issues are like giving unlimited credit cards to drunks in bankruptcy court. Then since it is impossible to get a handle on good judges, most of them in Kali are liberal trial lawyers, so just say no to all of them.
They went to lunch and left their 1/4 pound voter info booklets at home. I got a call from two of them thanking me for making their voting life so simple.

I voted during Early Voting last week. Straight Republican and voted No to the state const. amendment (Texas).

Just finished voting in S. Georgia. Good turnout so far, although I live in a rural area with approximately 200 voters in our precinct, 25% turnout so far, but it is early. I heard some reports on Rush saying that there were problems with the new touch-screen system, but saw no evidence of that here. I voted a straight Republican ticket and am praying for a big sweep Nationwide. GO REPUBLICANS.

I've lived in all the worst/best places in the country. Canoga Park, California, South Dakota and Florida. YOU SHOULD HEAR MY WACKY ACCENT.
Voted this morning before coming in to work, a fairly low turnout @ 8am EST. 'Turns out the poor examiners there couldn't unlock the mechanical voting machine and remove the crank to permit H/C access, so the Mrs. had to help me out -- she wouldn't let me vote for any Dem candidates .... d*mn! ;^)
To: Dales
My husband and I voted during his lunch hour. Opti-scan ballots in Leon County, Florida. No line, but all booths in use.
Cast our votes for Jeb, against the SCOFLAs, and a straight Republican cabinet and county offices.
Now keeping fingers crossed!
