Actually the poor pagans of that time have been given a bum rap.
Here's to idolators and pagans! The first to stand up against the profit.

This handsomely-mounted historical epic concerns the birth of the Islamic faith and the story of the prophet Mohammed -- who, in accordance with the tenants of Islam, is never seen or heard (any physical depiction of the prophet is considered a heinous sin within the faith)....
I want to see the Southpark version.

Any organizing ideas and/or recommended attire for the premiere "at a theater near you?"
Yep . . . check my homepage to see my choice of ensemble. (I plan to let the embolism do the work for me.)

Anthony Quinn played Mad Mo in the 70s but the terrorists prevented the picture's release. Of course, the spineless losers in Hollyweird just bowed down and kissed their asses.

To be perfectly honest with you. I don't see how they can make a movie, honestly without either outright lying, or insulting the muslims. Mohammad was not a peacefull guy, he was a warrior and conquerer. He killed pretty much everyone and had forced conversions, not to mention marrying a 6 year old and consumating it when she turned 9. Muslims are going to want it to be literal just like in the hadith and quran. Liberals are going to want to whitewash it for the religion of peace crap. The 2 can't happen. Muslims are not going to want there glorious leader and founder portrayed in anything less they as the bloody prophet they see him as. Remember, its our PC guys who are calling islam the religion of peace, not them. It would be like trying to make a movie about Hitler, that would make the nazi's happy and at the same time, make mainstream people happy, all while at the same time telling the truth. Islamic films despicting Mohammad generally show him being pretty damn vicious, crule, and in there eyes heroic (since the people he kills aren't really human in there eyes, you know the infidels). I just can't see this being done, its not like your doing a film on jesus, most of those films go through great pains not to be anti-semetic. If you make the muslims happy, and portray it according to them, people in general will be repulsed, and will despise islam, even in the eyes of hardcore leftists, if you make the leftists happy and white wash it, the muslims will blow up the theaters.

Mohammad can sort of be portrayed, but islamic films do it in a weird way, where it will be based on people who follow him, or know him, but you never actually see him. You also never see or hear allah, but you might see lights coming down and stuff. Mohammad is generally portrayed in some kind of light symbol as is there moon god. However, you always see alot of blood and guts and violence with Mohammad films.

I would too but that will be the last South Park as Trey and Matt will either go into hiding or be killed so I'd actually prefer they not make that.

I have not downloaded the trailer but I did read:
"The trailer for this movie can be found at
http://www.thelastprophet.com/
and it must be kept in mind that the likeness of the Prophet (pbuh) and his companions and family are not shown."
