Ok, now look at the look on Bush's face, and notice where Fox's left hand is... this is an extremely distrusting position.
Yes, they look quite chummy. /sarcasm
Is it me, or do they both look really stiff?
And notice how Fox is out IN FRONT of the President...

You are so right RWP! The friendship between these two is over that is for sure! Fox looks like he has been hitting the tortillas a little hard! Or does he just look slimmer in suits?

Re: Pics in #5 and #12.
GW is fed up with leader of Mexico and Fox doesn't know it yet. Would not want to be in his shoes.

Hello. Sharp eyes on the body language, Rintense. Fox has been in a snit since Mexican immigrant and trade issues went on the back burner after 9/11. I have never trusted him. He is a "my way, one way" kind of guy.

This may seem cryptic, but I hope we never have to invade Mexico again. I know they invade us every day, but there is nothing there we could use. Plus, it would probably become a welfare state...kinda like Massachusetts. Or like one of the Canadian provinces.

I think Vicente's lack of jacket and tie was an intentional disrespect to our President. I'm not liking this turkey a little bit!

My opinion is Fox is a little miffed at Bush for not opening the borders, which I firmly believe Fox believed was going to be done as soon as Bush took office. At least that's my take on how Fox has reacted to the issue of Bush not opening the borders.
They have a long history of friendship and I think Fox presumed a bit much from it.
I believe our President accepts Fox's friendship at face value, but unlike other leaders, President Bush's friendship is not for sale.
I don't think Bush overly values Fox's opinion on whether or not we go to war with Iraq. Bush has already made up his mind what his mission is and Fox's opinion really has no bearing on it.
Please explain why you think the hand position of Fox shows he distrusts Bush?
