My opinion is Fox is a little miffed at Bush for not opening the borders, which I firmly believe Fox believed was going to be done as soon as Bush took office. At least that's my take on how Fox has reacted to the issue of Bush not opening the borders.

They have a long history of friendship and I think Fox presumed a bit much from it.

I believe our President accepts Fox's friendship at face value, but unlike other leaders, President Bush's friendship is not for sale.

I don't think Bush overly values Fox's opinion on whether or not we go to war with Iraq. Bush has already made up his mind what his mission is and Fox's opinion really has no bearing on it.

Please explain why you think the hand position of Fox shows he distrusts Bush?

I lived in Mexico and the hand behind as shown in P. Fox's photo is totally common for men, specially when socially interacting. Mr. Fox had huge immigration dreams, but reality is exactly what our President just stated: that a solution will come by border jobs "right here in Mexico, for starters". PRICELESS!!!!!!!! Also, P. Fox missed it by aligning himself with France and Russia on the Iraq issue - expressed his opinion as a security council nation, but it was antagonistic to us.

His hand position, behind his back, basically says that he (Fox) is unwillingly to be completely up front, open, or honest, almost as if he has something to hide. Now if you compare that Fox photo with photos of President Bush and other world leaders, there is a marked difference.
