JUST BREAKING!!! Police confirm another shooting. But are not sure if it is related.

Not really sure I would agree with that. By all accounts, terrorist's funding, in this country at least, has either been shut down or (hopefully), is under very close scrutiny. If this is a Terrorist Cell of a few people, then they can't go the normal route for funding, so why not try for a ransome(of which they have no intention of abiding by).

Or why not ask for a ransome in order to keep the public away from the Terrorist angle? And as for not claiming responsibility for these snipings, I would assume even these murderous dogs know that by doing so they have effectively made it so they could never commit another. Because Vigilanties would be out in huge numbers hunting down anyone who even looked like an ME.

Well that has been my opinion since early on in these shootings. However to arrive at a reasonable conclusion one has to follow the evidence, but unfortunately there has been such scant evidence available to the public that all we are left with is to engage in speculation on what is happening.

Unless we get a person who is right where the guy is when he's escaping area, that would probably be park area, the guy has time as his friend. Even three minutes walking at a brisk pace can give the guy a good head start away from the scene, to his vehicle.

Very true. I think the public needs to hear of a shooting as soon as it's called into the authorities. Some sort of emergency broadcast via the radio and TV telling them where it happened, and to keep their eyes open.
