Well that has been my opinion since early on in these shootings. However to arrive at a reasonable conclusion one has to follow the evidence, but unfortunately there has been such scant evidence available to the public that all we are left with is to engage in speculation on what is happening.
Time to create a 'terror alert' not unlike the 'Amber Alert'. They need to share MORE info. . .As of this latest, they have not yet released what witnesses may have seen this morning. . .or even whom they may have seen. . .
Not sharing, is not working. . .(sniper warned them not to tell media in first 'note'. . .probably has continued that directive in other communications. . .if so, police are playing into his hand, rather than against it. )
