What kind of sick _uck would threaten innocent children?

The same kind of sick _uck that shoots 13 innocent adults and a teenaged kid.

Now I have a question:

What kind of sick _uck considers one human life more precious than another simply because it comes in a smaller, cuter package?

I'm a little tired of all the handwringing over the kids. It only draws the sniper's attention to them, and it diminishes the deaths of the many innocent, albeit grown-up, vitims of this serial killing bastard.

I LOVE kids--don't get me wrong. But it is just as terrible when a 72-year-old or a 28-year-old is shot senselessly as it would be if a 6-year-old was shot senselessly. Age has nothing to do with it.

He may well be on foot to an area some short distance away from the scenes, and suspicion, where he hops into a vehicle and heads off in the opposite direction of the activity.

Unless we get a person who is right where the guy is when he's escaping area, that would probably be park area, the guy has time as his friend. Even three minutes walking at a brisk pace can give the guy a good head start away from the scene, to his vehicle.

OK, I just got on the thread. After watching the news coverage from several sources, I have surmised vthe followig.

A 40yo man was standing on the steps of a bus and was shot once in the chest. The newsies say that there are "unsubstantiated" rumors of more than one shot, but there is only one person that is reporting multiple shots. From the aerial views provided, there are two busses being held in the crime scene area. Since this is a staging area for bus drivers, it is suspected that a driver was chatting with another and was shot as he was standing on the steps. If true, this does indeed lend itself to a sniper set-up shot.

If it is the perp, this goes with all his other changes. He is again changing his pattern because of the media.

They said the schools are safe - boom shoots a kid.

They said he doesn't attack on Weekends - boom someone shot on Saturday.

They said he hasn't attacked on a Tuesday - Well Now he has.

So to the SHOOTER I say this - YOU HAVE NEVER SHOT YOURSELF!!!

The shooter's position was just across from an apartment complex (someone said). It might take ten seconds for someone there to grab his gun, throw open the window, and shoot at a fleeing figure.

Can the shooting of the schoolkids, that was supposedly threatened in the note, be considered as a method of extortion and from this the concept of 'ransom' evolved because of poor reporting by some newsies? Somehow the shooter asking for money so far into the killings just does not make sense.

How many people were on the Bus?

Eyewitness I heard on radio said one female passenger on bus when driver, the only other occupant, was shot in the right side, through the open door of the bus, which faced onto wooded area.

If this man is the bus driver, then it is the first time that a person has been shot while working, isn't it? He tried to shoot a cashier at Michael's during his first shooting, but missed. Hmmm.
