REGINA -- Nursing a beer can get you in trouble with the law, a man who had been ordered to stay away from alcohol has found out.

Chynne Harley Kahnapace, 26, pleaded guilty to violating conditions of his parole after being caught pushing a baby stroller with a small keg of beer in it down the street.

"Were you just taking it out for a walk?" asked provincial court Judge Dennis Fenwick.

Kahnapace said the keg belonged to a friend.

"I was hanging around with these people and they said they needed a hand," he said.

Kahnapace was fined $150.
