I think all automobiles should be "TIREPRINTED" annually. They kill millions every year. Lets take a POLL ON THIS.

Why not take a blood sample of every newborn and build a DNA information database so when all these rugrats become criminals the gov. can readily match any DNA based evidence.
Just think how much time will be saved trying to find first time offenders for rape.

The absurdity to this idea is that all of these guns are probably unregistered in the hands of criminals.
