Wherever he/they are, am hoping they're waiting for him/them...the other person, if there is another travelling with him, might be disguised as a woman w/ wearing a wig..

The perp I believe it to be has a phone number but it is in a womans name. Wonder if his teammate is not the other sniper but his wife is and he has a bad past so he didn't register his name for the phone.

Where did you get this info or think this? Do you live near this possiblility, which would make sense as to putting anything in his name...Is the police onto them??

It all started when I read a sniper story that spoke of leaving death tarot cards. This story has since been deleted the day after I reported it to the police. I did further research to study names in the story. Only two of the names mentioned in the story came up in a database of members on that same site. They were both on the same team together (only two team members) and they both live next to eachother in the Newport News/Hampton Beltway. All tracks looking at this beltway as a possible residence makes the same 3 dot design as all shootings to the Richmond beltway and the D.C. beltway. I even called the Hampton Police Dept. and they say someone will call me to get the info. Called yesterday, called today, still no return call. I don't see all this info as being a giggling matter as the tip line took it to be.

Also, One of the team members has been playing as a sniper in military style games for 16 years or more. The other member has been doing it for over 4 years. Shows these guys are not teenagers but still may have that kind of mental thinking. Could also explain why one sniper could be a better shot than the other. I also believe it would be very hard for a sniper to hide everything in a truck or van and have a good shot. If they owned a jeep with blacked out windows then the sniper would cover his body and gun with black cloth in back seat shooting out a hole in the soft canvas of the jeep. Just my theory.

If they did use a box truck, the sniper could have laid down in the back of the truck with the door slightly ajar. After the shot he shuts the door and thier on thier way.

You would think he would have to use some kind of vehicle accessable to ligning up a sniper shot. This guy can't lean out the window of a Barretta and Astro Van windows won't open far enough in the back.

Apparently, you've done some serious detective work. I'm appalled that your tips haven't been followed up and by the lack of seriousness of the handlers of the tip line. Have you considered going over their heads and possibly calling the FBI?

I glanced in my area phone book and couldn't believe we had a local number for the FBI. Your profile page flies the FL flag, here's one FL number:
Francis Galliger
FLORIDA (Tampa), Field Offices - Special Agents In Charge, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Justice
Phone: (813)273-4566
500 E Zack St, Ste 610

Does anyone know if there is a video game (sniper type) where after the person scores a high point it says "I am GOD?"
A quick search of threads, and I can't find it, but I'm sure I had read about sniper video games on these threads.
heard it was mentioned by Bo Diehtl on TV today.

One wonders if any of them will be wearing body armor and steel helmets Wouldn't do them much good. 5.56 FMJ will go through the Kevlar "Fritz" helmet, as it would the old steel pot. Similarly, unless they are using ceramic insert trama plates, very heavy and uncomfortable, a 55 grain .224" FMJ bullet at 3000 fps will hardly notice the kevlar.

My son reads military stories and plays these games on the internet so I asked him about the "I am God" comment. Although he goes by the moniker shoteboy (somewhat redneck way of referring to his height) he explains that there are hundreds of characters out there calling themselves "God".

You know, I've heard people argue that the sniper's a 1) left wing nut, 2) right wing nut, 3) ex-military nut, or 4) a terrorist nut.
But ONE THING IS CLEAR. This guy is a nut.

"One wonders if any of them will be wearing body armor and steel helmets"Rule #5 for being a good sniper.
5. For a backup weapon, you should have something light, mobile, and able to get you out of a jam. It should be easily carried on your person, such as a TOP M60 E3 Long.
