Major air evacuation from Bali
By Shane Wright and Rod McGuirk
October 13, 2002
A MAJOR air evacuation of Australians injured in the Bali terror attack has started with mainland hospitals on standby for critically ill patients.
One of four RAAF C-130 Hercules had landed in Bali to airlift up to 30 people to Darwin.
The other three were to airlift the same number of people at a time in a bid to relieve pressure on Bali's hospital system.
A P3C, which was on its way to Bali to deploy Australian Federal Police and diplomatic staff, was also to be used to bring less seriously injured people back to local hospitals.
Seven Australians have been confirmed dead and more than 110 injured in the attacks on two nightclubs in Bali.

Someone should ask if they want to join us in the war on Terrorist, not just in Iraq but around the world.
How many more people must die before the world turns on these murderers?

I think the time is coming very, very soon. In another article I read, Australia is considering going on the offensive. The Aussies know now that if they don't go on the offensive, Al-Qaeda is going to over-run their northern border. Once that happens, there'd be fighting in the streets.
Al-Qaeda has taken the fight to Australia and her neighbors. There isn't a choice any more about fighting - Al Qaeda has made that decision for all of us...

They really have left us with no choice but to wipe them from the face of the Earth.

The Aussies have already been participating in the War on Terror. They had SAS in Afghanistan.

I think Australia is already with us as an ally. Bet that's the reason for the attack. This won't end until they are all in the can or in the ground.

Sorry, didn't mean it to come across that way!
Australia has been a great ally in the way, and I *should* have said that they'll have to get *really* serious about stemming the tide of Muslim illegals swamping them at home, the U.N. be damned.
I'm praying for all those who are suffering or have died in Bali and especially their family members awaiting word back home.
Guess we're ALL going to have to get serious about this war on terror...

I can hardly wait until the fighting starts on our Southern border which are pissant govt. still refuses to control. The population of unknowns in our country is beginning to approach that of the natives in some sections. Wake up America. And with the coming trouble in Columbia,Brazil and Panama it will get worse.

This really P**ses me off. I feel bad for the killed & wounded. I have stayed in Bali several times over the past 10 years. I have many friends there. The Hindu Balinese are the most gentle people I've known. These killers really do not care who they harm, They just want us to die or become Islamists.

There is an old song in Austrailia and I think it rings true where the USA is concerned. Whenever our backs have been against the wall,
AUSTRALIA WILL BE THERE, AUSTRALIA WILL BE THERE.

Bali is Hindu.
They killed Hindus and "Westerners" at once. From their perspective, it was doubly worthy.
Anyone who is not a muslim is a target for murder.
As the muslims from northern indonesia infiltrate the marginally westernized south, expect more killing.

The Aussies were already getting pissed off after the roving bands of Islamic rapists started working over the local population.
They've shown more backbone about limiting immigration as of late, after offensives have been committed by foreigners, than the schmucks in our government.
(BTW........Teddy Kennedy is committee chairman for US immigration)

Thanks for the information. It is hard to keep up to speed with stuff going on all over the world.

Yeah, disgusting, isn't it?

Sorry, that reply was aimed at Teddy Kennedy being chairman of Immigration, not at the Aussies. Hope this clears up any misconceptions...

Australia had already pledged to support us in an invasion of Iraq. They're on board in the global war on terrorism. Sadly, they now are even more emboldened.
By my count, the coalition stands as follows:
United States
England
Australia
Spain
Italy
Netherlands
Israel
Romania
Kuwait
Qatar>

I'm not sure, but I think New Zealand sent some of their Kiwi SAS as well- don't hold me to that one though. I know Australia did. I don't think they are still there but they were there in the thick of it last year and early this year.
To: Principled
Conversely anyone who is a muslim is a target. I feel sorry for the muslims that are peaceful--if there are any-- for they will be lumped in with their violent murdering brethren and exterminated. Colateral damage. Don't blame us, they started it--and perpetuate it.
BASTARDS!!!

I'm pretty sure Turkey wants to be involved in some shape or form as well. They have very real strategic concerns with the Kurds.
To: Gemflint
I am praying for these innocents harmed by the "religion" of peace.
