I'm Tired of This, And I Want Something Done (Open Letter to the RNC)

My Fellow Republicans,

I am in complete frustration at your lack of response to the Democratic/Media harping on the "Bad Economy".

May I give you some advice...RESPOND TO THESE UNFOUNDED CLAIMS!!!!

If the economy is so bad, what would the Democrats do to fix it? Would they lower taxes even further to allow more money to be invested and/or spent by the taxpayers? Would they lower the capital gains tax to a flat 2%, or would they eliminate it completely? Would they create a "flat tax" on income? Would they cut wasteful government spending? Would they decrease government intrusion into capital markets by eliminating useless regulations? Would they eliminate the marriage penalty, or the death tax to insure that we, The People, keep more of OUR hard earned money? I think you know the answers to those questions!

It was the previous administration that, puposefully let the books get "cooked" and you know that as well as your loyal Republican base does. Point this out! Don't let the Democrats have the upper hand in this debate. It's a proven fact that Republicans in power means a better economy. Bill Clinton had SQUAT to do with the good economy. The best part of the 90s economy came because of the Reagan/Bush years. The Clinton administration and the Democratic controlled congress passed the largest tax increase in history to steal even more from We The People. That resulted in the Republican triumph of '94. That's where the economy started growing. Could you please start pointing this out.

The silence from the RNC on this issue is deafening to your loyal base. If you don't believe me go to FreeRepublic.com on your friendly computer and you will get an earfull, and it won't be pleasant, but it will be truthful.

I worked for Barry Goldwater before I could vote, for crying out loud. I've never voted for a democrat! I'm sick and tired of Republicans getting slapped in the chops with socialist lies and we loyal Republicans having our leadership just stand there and take it. I'm a fighter, and I want to fight! We have the truth on our side, the most formitable weapon known to man, but our leadership won't take it out of it's sheath.

Again, if you think that I'm in the minority on this just come over to FreeRepublic, 80,000 strong, vocal and growing. You need to wake up and draw the sword of truth, you need to start the biggest "street fight" that this country has ever seen, and you need to do it NOW!!!!

The Republican party represents all that is good in this great nation, all that is American. Americans fight for what is right, they don't lay there and get kicked.

A loyal Republican

Timydnuc

(Of course I signed my real name))

P.S.

While you're at it straighten out the PARTIAL, VOLUNTARY, privatization of Social Security. I really can't go into how upset I am about this, my paper supply is running low.

Oh my word, please don't put Jesus and Bill Clinton in the same sentence or in the same analogy. Jesus deserves better! :)

Open Letter ... WITH spell check

Much better than Brabra Streisand's fax to the DNC with all its misspellings, plus the followup quote of an internet hoax.

Meant as no disrespect to Jesus Christ. However, my comment still stands, liberals pray at the alter of Bill Clinton and everything he stands for.

Things that make you go "huummmm?"

If the Pubbies REALLY want to unburden the US economy, why don't they get behind the NATIONAL RETAIL SALES TAX?

IF YOU WANT THIS MAN – AND MEN LIKE HIM – TO REMAIN IN CONTROL OF YOUR ECONOMIC AND PERSONAL DESTINY, CONTINUE TO TOLERATE THE CURRENT MARXIST INCOME TAX SYSTEM.

These are all good suggestions. I sent my congressman, senators, and governor this:

Many of our ideas are the same, I've not heard back yet, have you?
