I disagree, I tell my kids not to have sex before their married. But I also remember what it's like to be a teenager, I was in high school in the late 70's early 80's and the only Aids I had ever heard about was a diet candy. I loved the women as much and as often as I could, i'm not bragging & it wasn't right but condoms seem to keep me clean & out of fatherhood so i'd have to say that a condom is the only alternative other than abstinance. If one is going to do it they definately need to have it wrapped.

In other words, they facilitated your doing what wasn't right.
Imagine teachers and parents telling kids something like this:
Shoplifting is wrong and if you're caught it could hurt you for the rest of your life. But since we know that kids often do shoplift anyway, here are some handy tips on how to reduce your chances of getting caught. Now, we're not telling you to go out and shoplift. But if you do, these tips can help keep you out of jail."
