WELCOME TO AMERIKA LAND OF JUDICIAL TYRANNY

I am saddened by the decision of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. It is the demise of this Country unless all Conservatives come together and fight the Enemy. If we aid any part of the enemy then we advance their cause. The New Jersey Supreme Court is made up of 4 Democrats, 2 Republicans and 1 independant. The enemies carry the name not just Democrat but they carry the name Republican as well. They have each made their own deal with the devil not to carry this country through on principle but to do what is politically expedient to try and gain as much power for themselves even if it is a compromise on principles. In short the ends justify the means. The Democrats and Republicans are each others loyal opposition. They will suppress all other parties, they will co-opt the media to not cover any one elses views. As far as the couch potato knows there are only two parties and yet this is a lie. There are many discontented patriots that cannot be heard because the loyal opposition has the power and the money to suppress all. This is not a free exchange of ideas but a move to a single communist party where the agenda is set by the elite with no real input from the people. I understand that this may get me banned from Free Republic but it is obvious that some principled conservatives do post and lurk here. This is a warning that it is nearly to late to take this country back.

I will not go into all the examples that show this but I will instead use just two that clearly show that the present leadership of this country is usurping the peoples power reserved for us in the CONSTITUTION.

The first example is the Clinton Impeachment Trial. It is not a revelation to say that it was a Kangaroo Kourt held FOR SICK WILLIE. This could not have been purpetrated by Democrats alone. It required the complicity of Trent Lott ( I call him Spent Lott because any integrity he had has long since been spent.) Don't raise the poll issue either because I am talking about upholding the Constitution and the oath he swore to do so. He violated both of those so he obviously has no priciples to speak of. Many can talk about the polls but the FOUNDING FATHERS (capitalized in this case not to yell but to denote higher respect due as is the case for the word CONSTITUTION above)established a Constitutional Republic not mob rule, poll driven, democracy. The FOUNDING FATHERS despised democracy every bit as much as Monarchy.

The second is the New Jersey Supreme Court decision of tonight. There were 4 Democrats, 2 Republicans and 1 Independant ( I would check to see if that independant is a Bernie Sanders variety independant). Again the loyal opposition helping out each other even though it is an obvious usurping of legislative power and a violation of the law passed by the New Jersey Legislature.

Each is assuring that only they control the power reigns in this country which is effectively keeping the people, which are basically family oriented, from having any input or control of the Federal Government. Both exist only to make the Government ever bigger. I am not talking about words, I am referring to actions. The Federal Government has never gotten smaller since the time of Roosevelt.

If this country is going to get back to a proper Constitutional Republic Conservatives must unite into a single party and it cannot be the Democrat or Republican Party because the globalist elites control both of them.

If you doubt me then reread my examples above and refute me by explaining either one in terms of a defense of conservative principle. You won't be able to because there is no principle involved just a drive for as much raw power as they can muster. If the New Jersey Supreme court can blatantly rewrite this law because they decry no opposition for the Republican ( There is opposition - a Green Party candidate, a Libertarian candidate, a Conservative Party Candidate, and an Independant) then they no longer fear a public outcry or of being held accountable for their actions.

If you scoff at these other parties as "unelectable" then I would re-examine your claim to being conservative because you are not proceeding from principle but buying into the globalist elites propaganda that true conservatives are "unelectable". If you aren't doing everything you can to get true Conservatives heard then you are aiding the aforementioned elite.

Spent Lott is not a Conservative but part of the Global elitest movement. Most of the Republican "leadership" are what are called here RINO's yet many continue to buy into the muse of the RINO's. If the leadership does not share the views of the stated Platform then it is just a meaningless set of words that hope to imprision a group from becoming truly effective.

I urge all to examine their priciples and find a Party that reflects and acts on those principles. If you do anything less then the loyal opposition will soon become so confident it can just disregard the CONSTITUTION and the rule of law and that people are comfortable enough that they won't revolt that they will dispense with the window dressing of even trying to uphold the CONSTITUTION.

Don't be afraid to put America, Faith, Family and the CONSTITUTION First.

Isn't it great to have a system where citizens and organizations are allowed to abuse the legal system without penalty, lawyers are allowed to lie outright and get rich off it, and judges are allowed to write their own laws with impunity?

You are right.
Unfortunately, we conservatives can't even agree on what a conservative is. Consider the trashing that Buchanan receives on this website.

Nice job. I feel the same as you do. Ticked off and frustrated.

Both exist only to make the Government ever bigger.

They call it self preservation - to dream that they would ever voluntarily give up power and shrink is just that, a dream. The beast will not die, it will only continue to feed and grow bigger. It has it's purpose though in the grand scheme of things...

Government is a good thing when ran as it was meant to be ran, for the good of the people by the people. Career politicians who spend more time legislating then living in the world they are shaping will continue to cause problems. We elect people to do things for us because we all have real jobs and don't have the time to wade through a mountain of papers trying to find the answer to our societal problems, it's just not practical. We have made the mistake in this country though of not holding people accountable for the job they do and the main reason is not so much laziness, it is the education system.

People have learned to trust the government, they have learned to become liberal and think things should be given to them and that they are victim. So even when we have people like Clinton and others in office people don't see what they are doing because they have been dumbed down by a system that wants to keep them that way.

I was lucky enough to have a smart dad who taught me that learning is it's own reward. And I spent many summer days and nights studying during my teen years because I wanted to. It helped me early on to see through the lies. I only hope things can be salvaged.

Vent away, Ravenstar.

I would posit, however, that there are at least three areas conservatives need to unit in, and none of them are at the root political:

1. Education. The US public school model is a socialist indictrination system first used successfully in Prussia. Conservatives need to understand that dumbing-down isn't a byproduct of this model, but rather it's goal. Wresting control of the system may be impossible or futile, but we need to "do it for the children" and revolt (legally) to make sure our children have a fighting chance to enjoy at least as much freedom as we have. I am part of this revolt, as my lovely wife and I have chosen homeschooling.

2. The Judiciary. The 3rd co-equal branch of government has made itself the "first among equals", usurping legitimate legislative and executive power. Judges have imposed tax increases, struck down legitimate laws, and created spurious rights out of whole cloth. This is the most political issue - meaning that the judiciary must be reshaped by taking back much of the other two branches of government.

3. Principled existence. I was horrified to see so many Republican legal analysts recommending that Forrester live with the travesty that occurred in NJ yesterday. There reasoning was that it would look "bad". I firmly believe that Forrester needs to fight this ruling tooth and nail, and continually tar the NJ Democrat machine (an undemocratic aristocracy) and the NJ Democrat candidate for Senate with the stench of Torricelli and of this anti-democratic corruption of the electoral process.

In addition, conservatives must lead their own lives, both in public and in private, following a principled understanding of the law, not stooping to stupid retribution (i.e.: "Let's substitute a candidate for Simon in California"), and exemplifying the rule of law in our own actions.
