I get the indication that Martha Stewart may be in a bit of legal trouble. Is this general consensus?

Martha Steward poses with the ghoul Chiat--her "dear, dear, friend" from Planned Parenthood whom she raised thousands of dollars for.

I think Martha shorted her integrity long before this
pathetic performance of hers.

I get the indication that Martha Stewart may be in a bit of legal trouble. Is this general consensus? In order to sustain a criminal conviction of MS, the Govt needs to prove she had access to insider info when she sold her ImClone stock, and that she knowingly profited from that insider info.
Nothing I have seen in the press, on TV, or in any chat room leads me to believe that MS knew she had inside info when she sold her stock. OTOH, little Dumbya was an insider when he sold his HEC stock at a profit of about 100x that made by MS. Therefore, the Govt should prosecute little Dumbya, not MS.
