It is true that SCOTUS does not have jurisdiction yet...but once an appeal is made from the NJSC or from the fed district court through the third circuit court of appeals, SCOTUS would then have jurisdiction.

Yes, you did.

Governor not naming a candidate; the Dems will ask the courts to allow them to replace Torch.

Right. Legally, they have no way out of this. They will, of course, take this to the court of popular opinion with the usual:

"Republicans are denying the votes of the American people, etc..."

He is not resigning.

The plot line is that the Democrats want a new candidate that can win.

Torch asks SCOTUS to install a new candidate.

SCOTUS refuses.

Democrats howl that SCOTUS has "SELECTED" a Republican again.

Democrats use this to demomonstate that we need a Democratically controlled Senate to prevent the Conservative SCOTUS from fixing all elections.

McGreevy says that the DemocRATs will petition the NJ Supremes to all a candidate on the ballot. Wanna bet the Supremes are full of DemocRATs and that the deal is already done?

"Isn't this the most embarrassing thing you've ever witnessed....or what??"

That was the most shameless, disgraceful display, from a politician I have ever seen.

I am sick but not suprised.

No, they really can't surprise us anymore. Too bad. At least that used to make them worth listening to.

The Democrats ought not politicize politics. The Democrats ought not be playing games with elections.

He speaks of building credibility -- as if allowing 100,000 babies to be aborted gives him the right to take bribes. What a jerk. What a creepy party.

If you fund 6 women's shelters can you sell secrets to China? How much graft can a democrat get for 150,000 dead babies and 7 women's shelters. How do their sick twisted minds work? Who knows?

Criminals.

Do democrat get to steal if they believe in affirmative action? How much graft is affirmative action worth? A million? Two? What pigs, pigs, criminal pigs.

No one builds credibility by taking bribes and selling out. What a jerk.
