The Torch said the US supreme court, but obviously he misspoke. It is the Jersey S. Ct. It is clear who is carrying the ball on this, and it is not The Torch. I think he was body slammed into this, and lied about the evolution of it. The court will have to just stick the 45 day statutory deadline into the dumpster. But then they have FSC as a precedent in doing that.

Never trust a cornered democRAT. Judge Napolitano (on Fox) said there's a possibility McGreesy would install someone to replace the Torch for a year but I think that scenario would only have applied if the Tortellini resigned today. Also how does one go about finding as fine a candidate as The Torch believes he is.

I shudder that Lautenberg is considering a return. He's popular, very wealthy and just might win against Forrester as might Bill Bradley. Egads, now there's talk that even X42 could set up residence in NJ and put his name on the ballot as long as it's done before Monday. Once again an election hinges on the decision of judges.
