Judge Napolitano (on Fox) said there's a possibility McGreesy would install someone to replace the Torch for a year but I think that scenario would only have applied if the Tortellini resigned today. Also how does one go about finding as fine a candidate as The Torch believes he is.
I shudder that Lautenberg is considering a return. He's popular, very wealthy and just might win against Forrester as might Bill Bradley. Egads, now there's talk that even X42 could set up residence in NJ and put his name on the ballot as long as it's done before Monday. Once again an election hinges on the decision of judges.
