this is harsh but my first thought is that the Chinese have a very cold view about life.

..they don't mind killing millions of female unborn babies or killing them silently after they are born.

..and they certainly don't mind arresting potential body part donors and killing them just prior to the need of those parts which they put in wealthy Westeners....
