If anyone can help locate Vintage Frank from Queens, I am more than interested. Thank you! (His signature sign off when calling the Bob Grant Show.)
Who is he? Just a caller to the show?
The only thing i can think of is e-mailing Bob Grant and see if he might know. Or did you already try that?

You guys wouldn't know if Jimmy from Brooklyn has a website?
I don't know about Jimmy.
Do you have a shortwave so you can hear Frank?
Sorry, I forgot to answer....... One time Frank called in and he mentioned his website and his new status. And periodically people call in to try to get the word out, but they're then summarily cut off. I do have a shortwave, but not a good one.
How about you?
I've forgotten how I heard about his show--but I think I heard him mention his show on a call to an AM station--I believe the old WEVD Alan Colmes show.
I've since heard people call other AM Shows to plug Franks show.
He's really good, and probably because he says what the AM guys are afraid to say because they'd lose sponsors.
The part of his show I enjoy the most is Frank's opening monologue--those ten or fifteen minutes are the best radio listening of the entire week.
He's probably so good because he says what he really believes--not what he's paid to say he believes.
And then there's his callers--being that his broadcasts are shortwave and the net, his callers tend to be especially eccentric (though some of them call AM shows, but are more careful what they say when they do).
His shorwave broadcasts are often prone to static, but he should soon be reliably available on the net, complete with archives of his past shows so people can listen to any shows they might have missed. Broadcasts over the web are crystal clear.
He had a rough year--his producer was killed in the 911 attack (the poor fellow was all the way up there, with those broadcasting attenas that were atop one of the towers), and apparently whoever had done his former website did a lousy job.
But he should soon have everything straigtened out.
Meanwhile, don't miss his shows. They're great fun.
not Lynn Samuels. Could it be Jay Diamond? He is so mean. I have no idea what he looks like. Not Alan Colmes. I wouldn't describe him as "rat"-like, though other comparisons come to mind. Oh, well...there's that beam in my eye again!
When was the last time you listened to Diamond--when he was on WABC or WEVD or WOR? He's veered very much to the left since his days on WABC.
More recently, about a month ago, Diamond was fired from WOR (for the second time, I think), but he's now surfaced on WLIE Saturdays in the very early Afternoon. (WLIE is, I think, a Long Island local radio station--I don't know how far their signal travels or if they broadcast on the net).
By the way, I heard John from Staten Island call the Mark Levin show this morning.
John is Frank from Queens' co-host on The Right Perspective.
As for who the Rat-faced ferret is, you'll just have to listen to Frank's show to find out. You'll also learn which dictator is the "bearded, cigar-chewing maggot" as well as which middle age entertainer is that "anus-with-a-nose." (Frank has a gift for colorful epithets, LOL).
haha--they should try to get Billy Clinton on as anchor! Yes, I have experienced Jay's descent into liberalism. Makes you wonder what's cooking in his private life. Better not to ask.
Interesting that he would be fired by Disney for impersonating the Rev. I didn't know that. Why did WOR fire him? I didn't listen to him when he was on then. His meanness just comes through too much for me to bother. Maybe others felt the same way.
I thought there'd be a ray of hope that Laura Ingraham would come on, but she lasted 2-3 days.
I know who John from SI is. I like him too. But my fav is Jimmy from Brooklyn who talks about the Russian/Chinese influence in world events. Him and Frank, then Carl from Oyster Bay (those were the days) and John. No dis on John, he just didn't have the research that Jimmy and Carl have (had). Frank had an interesting delivery on top of all that brilliance.
Oh, let me guess... Middle-aged entertainer with the interesting description: Brabra Streisand? And maybe Jay for the rat face? And that cigar-chewing dictator would be none other than Elian's Papa Fidel.
Thanks for the info-tainment. I enjoyed this. Now onto Friday night!
Frank from Queens and John of Staten Island have their own talk show, I found it and your post. You can listen to all of their shows, they have their podcast online for free like Mark Levin does.

Jay Diamond is way far gone. I think he thought being a lefty would bring him fame, he’s an incredible talent. The New York Times article “The angriest man in Talk Radio” really hurt him, he’s the sensitive type. As a lefty host he sounds exactly the same as the rest of them, like a hack. The only person on the right he won’t destroy is Reagan, he’ll take a tiny jab here and there but that’s about it.
