[history]
Two Novembers ago, while politicos and pundits fought back and forth over whether Al Gore got robbed of a presidential election, I wasn't thinking about Gore.
Oh, I wanted the fight to be fair. I wanted all the votes counted until the cows came home because, after all, that's what an election is for. But my first thought was: Wouldn't it have been nice to have Bill back? Wouldn't that have been fun?

"I want the lowest inflation..." [Greenspan, not willy]
"I want the highest era of home ownership ever..." [Greenspan low interest rates, not willy]
"I want lower crime rates,..." [3-strikes you're out, GOP tough-on-crime bills and the contraction of the 15-19 year-old male population, not willy]
"...even fewer welfare recipients,..." [GOP forced willy to sign]
"...a budget surplus." [GOP-passed capital gains tax cuts, not willy]
"I want to know what's going on in Washington,..." [From a president who went on national TV and denied he had sex with a girl; of whom Sen. Daschle (or Kerrey) said 'He's an unusually good liar"]
"...and I don't want a war that never happened to be used as an excuse for us not knowing." [A war that never hapened? What is this dufus talking about? Oh, in case the author missed it, we are living in the 'information age,' where more information in more variety can be had more easily than ever before. If the author does not know something it's her own fault.

32nd President (1933-1945) = 12 years One term = 4 years so 12 years equals 3 terms.Looks like I've been out-nitpicked.
I'll concede that we're both right. FDR was elected four times,1932,'36,'40,and '44. He served three full terms, dying shortly after the start of his fourth,in April of 1945.The 22nd Amendment wasn't ratified until 1951,so it was after FDR was elected four times and served three full terms, fair enough?
You could also logically say it was after he served one or two terms for that matter.....but you'd still be inaccurate.

I got that same response 3 times!!!!!

People who cannot defend their arguments usually just call names.I agree with this point, which Ann Coulter made so effectively in her book, "Slander."
"No name-calling" ought to be recognized by all of us as the prime directive when arguing against liberals.

Ms. Riley,
You're right!! There's no one like Bill, Slick Willy, Clinton!! He's a philandering, lying, self-aggrandizing, can't-stay-out-of-the-spotlight, globalist fornicator. He also is the only president charged with contempt of court for his lying, lying, lying!!!
Other than that, he's peachy.
But, maybe these are some of the qualities you and many Democratic socialists aspire to.
P.S. Oh, he's also married to that other socialist, voted-to-tax-the-most, senator - HRC. How long til you think she dumps poor Bill?
Don't know?
When he becomes a liability to her power ambitions.

Yes and no. Yes, there's nobody like Bill. No, let's not get him back. HELL, no.

LOL do you think they were telling the truth? Or was it the truth "clinton style"... "if it's true in their own minds it's true."
It makes me wonder if they consider "being intimate" taking that issue of Rolling Stone magazine into the bathroom with them.

LOL do you think they were telling the truth? Not that I'd be surprised, by the way, if it WAS the truth...

Bill who?
To: Terriergal
She thought they were telling the truth. The cruise ship was sitting still in the water, unable to move because of the attacks on America. Many people bonded with complete strangers right after 9/11 and I believe these gals were bearing their souls.
Frankly, nothing with respect to Clinton would surprise me.

Lest we forget how biased the leftist media is bump.
To: Quilla
I give a big thank you to Trent Lott. Had he done his job, no one would still be writing this crap. The rapist would have been ostracized by most.
