It tried to install a .cab file when I clicked on that page.

Could it be the advertisement banner they have on the bottom of the page? (they have an advertisement banner at the bottom of all the pages)

As I understand it, advertisers are getting more sophisticated....you go to a certain page with advertisements on it, you dont have to click on the advertisement banners, they just automatically try to install something on your computer.

Can you still go to the page? If it wants you to install anything, can you refuse the installment?

I refused. I remember now after looking again. It tried to install a Searchit.com toolbar. I didn't even move over the ad when I went there. It prompted me as soon as I loaded the page.

All the links worked fine for me, nothing unusual, no downloaded programs. Must be user error. ;)

There's nine men in Vegas who don't wear jump suits, and four have teeth. Just so you don't lose your hopeful spirit.

Last time I was in Vegas was during the Winston Cup race - the Mall downtown was incredible. 15-20 womanly sized women took the stage during a band show and flashed ... it was like a Russ Meyer movie. I asked one of the guys why Dale Earnhardt turned left ... and it just didn't get us connected.
