TRANSCRIPT OF DEMOCRAT ACTIVIST NED COLL'S REMARKS
"Hello everybody. Hello John Rowland down in Bridgeport or wherever you might be in Fairfield County. I give you my best, my best from the people I've worked with and walked for in the state of Connecticut. Don't believe the polls, my friend. I have walked in 160 towns protesting John Rowland and asking drivers to beep. Well, Let me tell you a lot of people are beeping!"
(Applause)
"I have been in public service for thirty-eight years. I served as a Special Advisor to Ella Grasso whom I've learned many things from and respected much. But I think I can say with a clear conscience that Governor Greed is the worst conceivable governor I have ever seen in this state."
(Applause)
"In fact, I know things about him that I don't choose to bring out in public today, which I have observed with my own eyes. He is a snake. There are good souls of all parties in this state and country. I have seen this in my career. Let every member of this convention reflect and decide to bring a clear spirit of God to this state and to our individual homes. Let us look forward to waking up the day after election knowing that massive greed and sin has lost and our sacred state has come home to God."
"God will give us the strength but he must be called upon. Team Democrat of all religions and races; start your engines! As a nation, big money, big television, not high ideas and ideals are corrupting our political process. But let our Constitution State morally, yes morally Johnny Boy, shake up the nation. This will mean a deep fire in our eyes, not just a trip to a convention. To win we must decide to win decisively and we must walk, talk, and pray. But we must electrify the public. This country was not built on polls, it was built on people. And let us overcome a lot of the big media who are dripping to support Johnny Boy. To win we must decide to win. Death to the Prince of Darkness!"
(Applause and Shouting)
"Truly and truly and honestly power to the people. Now as many of you know, I guess not enough, I too have run for governor. I bring you good news. I think Bill and George are a good team."
(Applause)
"In comparison to Rowland, they're the greatest thing that ever walked on the face of the earth. And This guy is a joke. Don't think you can't beat him. When you get down to Waterbury and I found in campaigning for Governor and I asked people to toot their horns, I was hearing beeps all over Waterbury. This guy is a glorified thug. He's about as honest as his eyes and when you take a look at John Rowland's eyes, be careful you don't regurgitate. Nobody knows this better than labor, except for the poor that I work with, but when you see Rowland up close, all I can do is to look forward to the debate. They are going to have to drag him out of those debates when he has to face honest people."
(Applause)
"The snake of cynicism whispers that things were never better. They can with honest; hopeful leadership, but we must sail that ship for the sake of our party and all the veterans who served this nation. Now I'd like to just mention two other things of sorts. I think we deserve to give a lot of support in our hearts and in our minds to John Olsen. To try to have an affect of directing this and bringing it to this point is a massive effort and I'd certainly like to give every support to George and Bill Curry. So . . . John's getting a little worried that I'm going to go on for ten years."
"We must walk, pray, and the people will follow. I personally want to help walk in your towns and let us wake up with that victory. Let us taste it on behalf of the people that we represent. God bless you."
(Ned Coll, Invocation Remarks At The Connecticut Democrat State Convention, July 13, 2002)
Of course he won't - the comments weren't made by a conservative.

Lessons from the Las Vegas Freeper convention...do not e-mail the Senate members, unless it's a state office...they delete them. Phone instead, both fed. and state offices...they keep a log.
Have you ever noticed that the Dem. leaders use others to do their dirty work so they can reap the dirty rewards while proclaiming their innocence? We need retired military involved in the inner city voting/counting.
We really needn't do a single, solitary thing to the Leftist-Socialist party we have here in the United States of America.
Not a thing.
...they're doomed to extinction by their own foul deeds.
As best as I can remember, LIEberman's statement was as follows:
"The statements (by Ned Coll) were offensive and vicious and have no place in either a supposed religious invocation or even in political discourse."
I'm shocked I tell ya, that 'ol Joe would spank one of his own.
