A letter discovered over the weekend at a makeshift memorial for Eric B. Taylor, the 31-year-old Massillon patrolman killed in a shootout Friday night, defends his killer and predicts that more police officers will die in traffic stops.

What about that missing 13th Amendment? Don Matthews claimed that it passed in 1812 and therefore any law written by or voted upon by a lawyer is null and void, including local traffic ordinances. He didn't commit murder when he was stopped for speeding. No! He engaged in lawful self-defense against a criminal! (sheesh)
