It varies as to how much we can get from you guys the % of power from hydro sources.
He did the same thing last year in a drought year and really ran the lake levels down. Fortunately, we had a very wet year and the lakes came back up.
Their excuse last year was that they had to drain the lakes for the snow run off. There was no snow run off. Trying to get someone to investigate this is harder than convincing the average sheeple in Oregon that Green Jihadists are the root cause of the fires in Oregon.

Here is an example of the American River below the Nimbus Dam.
This used to be a great time to go up mid week for big half pounder steelhead and the early king salmon. Forget it with these flows. Normal Summer flows are 3 to 4 higher than the fall flows:

It varies as to how much we can get from you guys the % of power from hydro sources. That is another problem. Cali stopped paying us back for borrowed power last year. There is talk of moving into a pay as you go deal (or cutting y'all off until payment in full). Davis tried to block it but most of the Northwest States signed on and it seems that the fed is going to let the BPA do it. I'll see if I can find that for ya.

Wow!! That is a lot of water making it to the ocean! Risky business considering that Cali is in large part ARID! Davis is a fool.

The flows on the Yuba are even worse re being outrageously high. This is my favorite fishing river from mid May until late fall in Kali. Due to the high Grayout flows, I haven't went but once this year. I went in the Middle of May and nothing was happening. A year ago, the water was normal for summer and I would average at least 12 nice rainbow each day (hook and release).

The problem is simple.
The BPA and other power companies should have "contributed" $100,000 to re elect Davis. Then you would have been paid.
Davis is the ultimate fascist. If you don't pay him, you don't do business or get paid if you do business in Kali.

Then you would have been paid.Just like that stalled polution permit that suddenly got freed up after a 30K donation recently in KAli? I can't believe how open they are about it anymore. They don't care if they get caught because all they have to do is say "It wasn't me" and they're off the hook.

Actually if you are referring to the Tosco permit to pollute granted by Fascist Davis, they contributed over $100,000 and got their permit.
Davis and his SS Fascists in Kali are so arrogant, they have no legal controlling authority to make them do what is right.
The 33% of the Kali population that is permanently Rat re voting, cheer when Davis or the Clintoons do something that is illegal. Because they know that their maggots stay in power by doing illegal things. Then their power maggots will find ways to give to their perverted loyalists our tax $'s to live their perverted life styles.
The mediots in Kali may even be worse than the Oregon Mediots in never pointing out the criminal actions of the rats in charge of Kali.

Sounds like more smoke for those you in smoke range of this fire:
Wildfire Near Ashland Grows
08/15/2002
Associated Press
The East Antelope fire near Ashland has grown to about 1,800 acres, and firefighters have no estimate on when it might be contained.
The fire, which began Tuesday when power lines rubbed against some tree limbs, is burning around Grizzly Peak about five miles northeast of Ashland. It is not threatening any homes at this time.
Jackson County sheriff's deputies have closed Oregon Highway 66 -- also known as the Dead Indian Memorial Road --to all but local and emergency traffic because of a traffic jam caused yesterday by onlookers trying to see the fire.

The Biscuit complex will grow to over 400,000 acres today.
28% contained.
Burn out operations were successful yesterday.
Coos Forest Patrol has eased restrictions on regulated use closures, i.e., folks can create defensible spaces around their homes.
President Bush will tour the area August 22.

The Antelope fire (closest to us) is now at 1,500 acres and it's breezy and 100+ degrees. It's like having your life flash before your eyes. The Dead Indian is where I spent much of my teen years at a church youth camp. Beautiful area....or it was. Mr. Bush was on TV this morning and said [sic] "WE MUST HAVE A NEW FOREST POLICY!" AMEN!

"If there are any FReepers in Ashland.....wait a minute... no chance in hell any rightminded FReeper would live in that liberal craphole of a town."
Archie, pray for me. There's a part of me that wouldn't be sad if the entire town of Ashland burned to the ground.

On your map on Post 16, I'm just about where the "E" in the word Medford is. Geez, we are surrounded! Not to worry, though, beyond my trees is miles of farmland. If this keeps up I may have the only "forest" left on my meager 2 acres! Breaks my heart, Gramps.

Why would you be sad if Ashland burned down? BEcause all the sodomites would have to migrate to Medford?
B just dropped my sister off at the Medford Airport. 140 is a smokey mess - even hazardous at some locations.

YIKES!! We have enough of our own Sodomites!! Burn 'em!

Saw the fires roaring off Grizzley Mt. This one could be nasty if the weather doesn't cooperate.

Hi Grampa,
Winter in the Andes in Chile has been pretty tough this year, lots of snow. We've closed down ops and retreated to the coast. I'm presently in Peru, back up in thin air in the high altitude. I'm starting to worry...I seem to be getting used to being light-headed and drooling a lot, and am starting to like it.

140 can be dangerous to drive on a clear and sunny day. People seem to get lost in another world and forget that they are driving in this world on 140.
To: Grampa Dave
You're not kidding. This morning I almost slammed into a car stopped for a construction crew at 65. Luckily Edith was in unstifle mode and alerted me.
