In under a month, more than 4,000 trays of pizza thousands of bottles of cola were delivered to IDF soldiers stationed in Judea, Samaria and Gaza thanks to the generosity of friends of Israel around the world. The initiative to raise money to send pizzas to the soldiers serving on the confrontation lines was that of several reservists who wanted to get world Jewry involved and bring a smile to Israeli soldiers faces. Since that first month, the orders have not ceased arriving, according to the projects initiators.
The contributions in pizzas have reached tens of thousands of dollars, thus far. The pizzas and drinks themselves are ordered from pizzerias in communities in Judea, Samaria and Gaza near areas where troops are stationed. The project thus also contributes to the economies of local communities, hit hard by the ongoing Oslo War.

First, there are some great websites for those who wish to support Israel. By purchasing Israeli items, you will support Israel and at the same time have nice gifts for yourself, friends, and loved ones. Israel needs our support. In addition, it is never too early to purchase items for the up coming holiday season.

Second, you can send pizza, burgers, and/or ice cream to the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) who risk their lives as they are posted at lonely dangerous outposts. My family is purchasing one month of pizzas for an IDF unit as part of our charity. You too can join us in supporting the war against terrorism. Let the Israeli troops know that you truly care at their time of need. We made sure that they know that here in Montana we care.
For as little as $16.95, you can have a meal delivered, pizza and soda pop, for five brave soldiers. For a little more than a dollar a month, you can say thank you to those standing up against Islamic world terrorism.

Now if there was just a similar way to ease the life of the Russian troops fighting the Moslem terrorists in Chechnya....

I'm a working newsman, in touch with a number of Russian news and veterans' groups, who've been fighting their war against fanatic Moslem terrorists a good deal longer than the US has, but who welcome our joining in their effort even though we're a bit late to the party.
And there are a good many more where those came from. And more yet to come, I fear.
