To: Squantos
The Panhandle. My wife lived in Amarillo and worked for the AQHA while I was in Vietnam. My son lives in Lubbock now, (I know, it's technically not in the Panhandle, but close enough). He moved there from East Texas, now he says he'll never leave, except if his Reserve unit sends him somewhere.

Yessir ! I retired in 96 from USAF/EOD and returned home.......

As my Daddy used to say, ...... The Panhandle of Texas is so flat you can stand on a five gallon bucket with a pair of binoculars and see the back of your own head.........
