CHICAGO - The daughter of Sen. Joseph Biden, D-Del., was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of obstructing an officer early Saturday, police said. Ashley Blazer Biden, 21, of Wilmington, Del., was with a group on a North Side street, where several bars are located, when someone threw a bottle at an officer, police said.

When officers went to arrest a suspect, Biden blocked the officer's path and made intimidating statements, police said.

If the allegations are true, it sounds like something her
father would do, as a matter of fact, he has usually
demonstrated this kind of stupidity in many of his
actions as a United States Senator. BTW, did Biden's daughter
claim she was the Czarina of Russia?

She probably didn't make intimidating statements, she was just repeating what someone else said.

I'm no fan of Biden but It's more luck than skill that my daughters turned out good. A parent has influence but not absolute control This is certainly true by the time the kids are 21

I agree. We do our best, but our control over the finished product (the adult child) is limited. I take only limited credit for my kids good stuff, and limited blame for the bad. So far, things are going pretty well.

Yes, and no matter what...these are still kids of those who serve. Leave them the hell alone and let Biden and his wife deal with her in their own way like George and Laura Bush do. So what she had a slight scuff with the law? Who knows what really went down. I'm no Biden fan by no means but...just like Chelsea, the Bush Twins and now this Biden young woman...I think it should be private as it is no body else's business.
