Has Bush ever vetoed anything? No, Bush has the backbone of a jellyfish. The Congress served up a freebie to him in the form of the Farm Bill he signed. Conservatives were better off with Clinton in the WH. Clinton had the brains and the stones to use his veto power whenever Newtie, Bobdole, and other Repukes in Congress served up pieces of trash like the Farm Bill signed into law by the favorite of most FR posters.

Bush is chumming...on a troll---for the reagan democrats!
To: MurryMom
You mean the farm bill that was passed by such a high margin overturning the veto was just about garaunteed? Yeah, hell of a freebie that one was, just hand the Dems a campaign issue about Bush being out of touch with the will of the people.

"Conservatives were better off with Clinton in the WH." You a conservative, MurryMom? Or you're just telling us conservatives who we should like, eh? Yeah, we've seen quite a few "newcomers" to this site, telling us conservatives what we should be thinking! LOL!

Oh, nevermind. It's only MurrayMom.
So, you cheap troll, where have you been? How do you like that ol' "Brains and Stones" says he'd volunteer for the Israeli Army if the Iraqis ever came over the Jordan River. Eh? The Israeli Army?
So where was he when the American Army needed him?
(....sound of crickets....)
Brains and Stones my ass. Take a hike, schmuck, over to DU, where they give a sh#t what you think.
Oh, that's right, nobody cares what you think. Even at DU. I sort of forgot.
Be Seeing You,
Chris

Ever wonder why you don't get banned? Believe it or not, there's a very good reason.
If she can't guess, FReepers are invited to clue her in. Please be gentle.

Mercy, your opining at 42 drags out of me the same old question I always formulate after reading your posts.
Why on earth do you post here?
Is the mutual aggravation factor? You aggravate conservatives; they aggravate you, Catch 22?
Self-flagellation does not make anyone superior to those not being flagellated.
To: MurryMom
Clinton does not have a healthy brain.

I agree he should never have signed the farm bill, it was an economic nightmare. C'mon, though, he was trying to appear "bipartisan" and "compassionate" to work with Democrats, so he could maintain support so he could advance what he thought were larger issues. If he started vetoing you would brand him a heartless partisan radical right-winger.
Please at least attempt to appear to have a rational agenda beyond trashing Republican authority figures.

Bush should be attacked because he has hardly governed as a conservative. Hannity has also gone after Bush, so he shouldn't complain about Freepers doing that. I'm don't think that was his point, though.

Omigod...MurryMom....you're still here! You had to be the most-flamed poster of the year 2000 presidential campaign debates on FR. You take a licking and keep on ticking! You have bigger cojones than Sean Hannity!
