Hannity Blasts FreeRepublic (maybe he is right)
Radio

Hannity just stated on his radio show that he has just about had enough of the conservative cannibals on this board. To many threads end up being ledd about news and information and more about attacking fellow conservatives.
He said if he wants to get attacked he will go to a Liberal board.
I have a tendency to agree...

I've read Atlas Shrugged 50 times, twice on the john! Top THAT!!!! I can't. Twenty pages in, my legs would fall asleep for sure.

I have seen two threads locked and pulled. And the person who was suspended was on one of those threads. I don't know if there have been others.

Look, I don't consider you to be a redneck. You people from Texas are very sensitive about that label.

"military which can impose such rules as it sees fit to restore and maintain order."How much of your freedom are you willing to give up in acceptance of this definition of martial law?

Try Fountainhead, particularly if you like architecture.

I find this very disturbing, and so should you.

List I favor of cutting? All but perhaps the military. I'd start with cutting out the IRS, the DEA, the NEA, the drug war billions we send to other countries (such as previously the taliban, columbia, etc), the billions we send over in foreign aid every year, etc etc etc all would be a great start
Texas: every single one of those items were on the Bush budget or signed by Bush afterwards.

The first goal of any conspiracy is to convince everyone that it doesn't exist.

Cutting the IRS will be uncutting the tax cheats. Since I don't cheat, that doesn't seem in my best interests. But then I am a selfish bastard.

Sending the druggies out of prison would save a bunch. The drug war absent prison doesn't cost much. Thus the prison thing seems to be a logical focus.

I can think of one other but, after reading a bit of this thread, it seems to be very civil...
how refreshing!

Well, you are right about that one. The two main powers of Congress are probably legislation and economics.
Unfortunately, also Bush wants fast-track trade.
To: Torie
What the heck. I'll try (almost) anything once.

The first goal of any conspiracy is to convince everyone that it doesn't exist. The first goal of the conspiracy theorist is to convince everyone not to believe their lying eyes.
To: rb22982
That is a rounding error expenditure too. Keep at it, and maybe we will find some real money.
