I don't get it. You lease or rent equipment it is YOUR responsibility. READ WHAT YOU SIGN. If they didn't want the burden they shouldn't have signed the Lease.

I bet some of these same people get P!ssed off, when they are actually billed for charges they make on their Credit Cards.

Leasing isn't the same as owning. And no, if a flood, tornado, forest fire destroys leased property it is the owners misfortune, not the leasees.

Let's try to keep this impersonal. We do disagree on this, however I am not being billed myself for it. I have signed nothing and am not involved in this dispute in anyway.
