The US should release an intelligence report doucmenting all the money the mullahs have stashed away and all the national assets they control through their religious "trusts." That should open some eyes. In fact, that's what some of these reformers are obliquely referring to.

We need Jesse Jackson to go there and square those "hot heads" away. After all doesn't he represent someone? He appears to be able to travel for the US where ever he chooses. Like Clinton, he's above the law.

It's interesting to me that the exiled, long-silent Empress Fara Diba is suddenly vocal.
Coincidental? I think not. Really does sound like something is brewing in many places outside of Iran.
Isn't there an heir-presumptive son to the peacock throne lurking somewhere? Heard he's a pretty intelligent good guy.
Maybe some day he'll be baaaaaaack!

Various articles I have heard and read over the years indicate that many of the citizens of both Iraq and Iran have no quarrel with the US. It would be nice if both countries found their own way to overthrow their oppressive governments.
...Then maybe they could get rid of their fanatic clerics.

hardline clerical conservatives unleash a new wave of repression, Seems to me, these are "hardline clerical radicals" or "hardline clerical fanatics", with nothing "conservative" about them.
