Here's what our President needs to do:

Use the bully pulpit, and make constant, ideological attacks on the Islamic Republic. We should not get involved with internal Iranian politics. Instead, we should push for the noble ideals of liberty and self-rule.

A revolution may well be on the way. The Iranian people need to be exposed to the ideals of good governance, so that they may recognize their own government for the tyranny that it is. Also, exposure to the the ideals of good governance can help prevent emergence of another tyranny when the Islamic Republic system is toppled.

I applaud our president for many things. One of them was his address to the Iranian people, in which he said that when Iranian people attain their freedom, they will have no better friend than the people of the USA.

Great speech dubya! Keep the pressure on them! When Iran becomes free, maybe our church will send missionaries there.
