[history]
Model Kathy Ireland is the co-author (with Laura Morton) of "Powerful Inspirations. "
Kathy Ireland, entrepreneur and former supermodel, doesn't pretend to have any special credibility as an inspirational author.
All she's relying on is the value of communicating ``as one human being to another -- that's how people learn and grow.''

Ahh, Kathy, Kathy. Your goddess-like swimsuited form graced my dorm room walls for many years. But who knew you were such a deep thinker? A savant? A philosopher on the level of Kant, Hegel, Nietzsche or Socrates? The sight of your half naked, tanned body gracing the Sports Illustrated clutched in our sweaty palms blinded us to your brilliance, the genius that is truly you...

Oooh, I remember that picture. That was in the first Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue that I bought. Got to love Kathy Ireland, both on the inside and the outside. ;-)

Well hey, if her message is a good one (and it seems to be), then more power to her... but has she stopped modeling skimpy clothes? If not, her message is suspect. Frankly, I've heard her speak.... she's not the brightest bulb in the bunch.. but God works in mysterious ways.

She speaks?
Damn - reckon I missed that part.
